BRAD LARSEN & TAMERON JEWELL

Two people.
One shared question.

Why do capable people so often perform below what they’re actually capable of? Not occasionally. Consistently, in the moments that matter most. NeuralRAM is the framework that came from investigating that question together.

Brad Larsen

Founder, NeuralRAM

Brad Larsen has spent more than 30 years leading large-scale business operations and transformation initiatives across the U.S. Navy, Microsoft and Lumen, helping design the systems that connect strategy to execution across more than 100 countries.

Outside work, he has spent four decades in competitive motorsport — autocross, HPDE, time trial competition, and Optima events. The pattern he kept encountering in both worlds wasn't a capability problem. It was an availability problem.

Tameron Jewell

Co-Founder, NeuralRAM · Founder, Seed & Sage

Tameron Jewell is a longtime educator, certified meditation teacher, and founder of Seed & Sage. Her work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves through presence, nervous system regulation, and compassionate daily practice.

Seed & Sage is built from her own practice and the conviction that availability doesn't begin in boardrooms, classrooms, or kitchens. It begins in the quiet moments we learn to come back to ourselves.

HOW NEURALRAM BEGAN

The question behind the work.

Brad and Tameron have each arrived at the same central insight from different directions.

Brad through leadership, organizational performance, learning systems, and four decades in competitive motorsport. Tameron through education, caregiving, meditation, and the daily practice of presence.

Different paths. Same observation: most performance challenges aren’t capability problems. They’re availability problems. What you know and what you can access in the moments that count are two entirely different things.

NeuralRAM is their shared attempt to name that gap, map its causes, and build something practical from it — across every arena where it shows up.

“You do not lose skill under pressure. You lose access to it.”

— The Available Mind, Larsen & Jewell

THE FRAMEWORK BENEATH IT ALL

One equation. Every arena.

NeuralRAM is the underlying framework — the model that connects the book, the certification, and the daily practice into a single coherent system.

Performance is multiplicative. Capability matters. But it’s always multiplied by availability.

P = C X A

Performance = Capability × Availability

THE WORK

Each arena applies the same framework to a different part of life.

More Than Speed

The motorsport performance platform. For drivers, coaches, and competitors who want to understand — precisely — what separates fast from fastest when it counts. The operating model of the NeuralRAM Framework to the track.

The Available Mind

The book. For executives, high performers, and anyone who performs under pressure and wants to understand — precisely — why their best self doesn’t always show up. Written together, from both of their perspectives on availability.

Tameron Jewell

Seed & Sage

Tameron’s offering. Guided meditations, presence practices, and tools for coming back to yourself in the moments that feel ordinary but shape everything. Availability begins in daily life — and that’s exactly where Seed & Sage lives.

WORK WITH US

The right path depends on what you’re looking for

BRAD LARSEN

Speaking, advisory engagements, organizational performance, and motorsport applications.

Brad works with executives and organizations navigating performance, development, and the gap between what people are capable of and what they actually deliver under pressure.

TAMERON JEWELL

Guided practice, presence work, Seed & Sage, and AIM-HIGH.

Tameron’s work lives in the daily practice of availability — guided sessions, presence-building tools, and Insight Timer offerings designed to help you come back to yourself, steadily and sustainably. She also developed and leads consultations on the AIM-HIGH instructional framework.
